Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have past then we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cinemaskates@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as books with obvious signs of use, and CDs and DVDs that are opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cinemaskates@gmail.com
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If some time has passed and you have yet to see your refund, please check your bank account again. If you still haven't received it then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may need to contact your bank, there can be some processing time.

Sale items are not eligible for refund, this is limited to full priced items.
